As a developing Arts and Culture 501(c)3 nonprofit , Alena Museum depends on public and private support to fulfill our mission. Our on the ground fight to create safe spaces for the Black Diaspora and other threatened Communities is a mission that needs strong and immediate support. Through our community programs, services, and events, We empower our community members to take ownership of our cultural identity.

Alena Evolution/Eviction Campaign
Our programing : During this displacement period we are still going strong with our cultural activism work
Moving costs : Carpenters for the breakdown of our current space, transportation, storage, new site move-in costs.
Immediate recourse needs:
Property : Alena is about making safe spaces for the Black Diaspora. We are interested in converting any space into a active hub where black creativity can thrive, needs can be services , a new afro-future vibration can be showcased. (Commercial property, church, hotel, home, apartment, open land, mobile homes, etc.).
Transport Van or Truck : We believe in taking the activism to the streets. Alena brings the concerns of the Black Diaspora to public settings to engage with the community and use art as a tool of activism. We need a van or truck to transport our installations.
